Steps

Peel the corns and break into pcs. Put the corns in pressure cooker and add salt & water. Close the lid of the cooker and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
Let it cool down.
Open the lid and drain the water from the corns. Keep aside. - 2
Prepare coriander chutney :
In a mixer jar add coriander leaves, green chilli, tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice. - 3
Add little water and blend them to a smooth chutney. Transfer it to a bowl. Add more water if needed. Consistency of the chutney should be pouring. Keep aside.

Prepare imli / tamarind chutney :
In a bowl add tamarind paste and water. Mix well to make a pouring consistency. Add more water if needed. Keep aside. - 5
For serving :
Place boiled corns in a serving bowl. Pour coriander chutney on the corns. And then pour tamarind chutney on top. - 6
Sprinkle chaat masala on it. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Chatpata chutney corns are ready to eat.
