For bhaturas sift the flour and mix all the ingredients and make a dough with the help of lukewarm water. The dough should not be too hard. Put some oil on it and cover it and let it rest for 2-3 hours.

For chhole : take a cooker and boil chhole with dry condiments potli with sufficient water.

After 1 whistle sim the gas and cook for 15-20 minutes

Now take a pan heat oil or ghee. Crackle cumin seeds and add chopped onions. Sauté for few minutes. When the onions get translucent add tomato paste and sauté again

Mix well add dry masalas and cook for some time. Now add Boiled and mashed potatoes and curd and mix well

Put Chana masala and cook until the oil leaves the pan. Add drained chhole and stir properly.

Don't throw the boiled water add it to the mixture and cook it covered for 10-15 minutes or until the oil comes out

Add tamarind water at the last add take a boil. Chhole is ready to serve.

Take a pan and heat sufficient oil for frying

Take the dough and knead it well and take a small portion of the dough and roll it with a rolling pin and deep fry it. Cook it from both sides and serve hot with chhole and masala green chilli and salad
