In a big pan heat water.

Add salt, cumin seeds and crushed green chillies.

When it comes to boil add soda bicarb.

Add rice flour slowly.

Stir immediately with rolling stick or wooden stick and mix well.

Put this pan on tawa, cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.

Khichu is ready to serve. Apply oil and methi masala over it and enjoy hot.
