Steps

Boil and peel the eggs. Heat some oil in a pan and fry them till light golden with turmeric powder and little salt

Cut the potato into medium sized pieces and fry and keep aside

Add some more oil if needed and add the cumin seeds into it
- 4
Once they crackle add the onion,ginger,tomato and garlic paste into it and saute it till it's cooked

Add all the masala powders and salt and mix well. Once the masala is well cooked add the potatoes and eggs into it
- 6
Let the eggs smear well in the masala. Add Garam masala at the end and remove. Your egg masala is ready to be served
