Bind a soft dough of wheat flour.

Take some quantity of dough and make a round shape like ball. Now roll it with the help of roller pin. Roll it a bit thick. Apply ghee all over it.

For stuffing:- Mix chopped onions, green chillies chopped, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and dry mango powder.

Now do the stuffing in paratha. Put 4 Tbsp of onion masala and make peda by sealing from all sides.

Roll it again in round shape. Heat a griddle. Apply ghee. Put paratha. Cook from both sides. Apply ghee on both sides. Cook till golden brown in colour on medium flame.

Serve with butter and tea.
