Ingredients

  • 1 cupleftover boil rice
  • 3-4mashed boil potatoes
  • 1 teaspoonsoya sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli sauce
  • 1/2 tspOregano herbs
  • 1/2 tablespoonmix herbs
  • as neededChilli flakes (optinal)
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste or pow
  • 2 tsprice flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededMashed paneer (optinal)
  • 1/2cup choppedCoriander leaves
  • as neededOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl take boil rice,potatoes, paneer and rice flour and mix this with all sauces and dry masala and keep in fridge of at least 1/2 hour

  2. 2

    Then after half hour make fritters or Tikki out of it and fry it and remove this fritters and serve with mint Chuntney or tomato sauce
