Chop onion, tomato, chillie

Cut bread pieces

In a kadai add oil followed by Cumin, mustard, curry leaves then chopped onion stir for a minute then add chopped tomatoes

Now add salt, little coriander, turmeric, schezwan sauce and ketchup

Add 1/2 cup water and let it boil

Finally add bread pieces and mix, sprinkle coriander leaves on top

Serve hot
