In a deep kadai add oil mustard seeds, urad dhal turmeric powder curry pata and saute well. Then add onions to it and saute well with salt. Once done add chopped cauliflower,peas and aloo and the masala and cook well closed once cooked keep it open for a while and cook till all the raw smell goes.Note do not add too much water while cooking just sprinkle water. Serve with dhal and roti also goes very well with rice.
