Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 can (5 oz.)Tuna, in water, don't drain
  2. 1/3 cupquick oats
  3. 2 TBSP.Mayonnaise
  4. 1 TBSP.Mustard, honey mustard and stone ground works well too
  5. 4-6Gerkins Pickles, chopped fine
  6. 1-2 TBSP.Gerkins pickle juice
  7. 1/4sweet onion, diced
  8. 1garlic clove, medium size, minced
  9. 1large Roma tomato, or 2 small, diced
  10. 1/3 cupshredded cheese, any kind

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium mixing bowl add tuna with water and oats. Mix well. Let sit while preparing other ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add mayonnaise, pickle juice and mustard. Mix well, until tuna is smooth. A stick blender works nicely for this.

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
