Fettuccini Alfredo
A very simple recipe my family enjoys, especially on Christmas Eve Dinner, for the family that doesn't like fish.

Cook Fettuccini in plenty of boiling water ( salted) until "al Dente" ( 5 to 7 minutes), drain well and transfer to serving dish.

Mix all above ingredients in a saucepan, stirring constantly on a medium heat so it doesn't burn. Mix thoroughly and pour on the Fettuccini. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
