  1. 2large red bell peppers
  2. 4eggs
  3. Several slices of deli ham or turkey
  4. Shredded cheese
  5. Olive oil
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.

    Drizzle olive oil over each half.

  3. 3

    Fill both halves with shredded cheese and strips of ham or turkey.

    Crack an egg on top of each half. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
