  • 250 gramsbesan / gram flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil to fry
  • 250 gramsJaggery
  • as per choiceDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Add a little water and salt to besan and make a thick batter.Heat a pan And make bhujia with bhuiya machine.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan. Add a cup of water..Let it boil.Add Jaggery And stir it to make a little bit thick. Then add dry bhujia. Add dry fruits, Mix it well and make small balls out of this.

    Crunchy bhujia ki ladoo prepared..
