Make cabbage paste and Add in rice battar and mix

Add baking soda

Finally add eno and mix

Grease a tray or plate and pour battar in it

Cook on steamer for 20 min

Let them cool and cut in desired shape

Make tempering with given ingredients and temper dhokla
Serve with chutney
