This is my innovation of left over from the left over, there is 2 recipes i have created quick recipe
Steps

Cut parantha into triangle pieces

Take a bowl and put Besan, redchill powder,salt to taste, chopped coriander and make smooth paste

Take another bowl grate cheese in it add origeno and black pepper mix it
- 4
Heat a pan brush oil take one triangle piece of prantha open it from one side keep chessey mixer and now dip in the Besan paste make all as same

Keep gently these pieces in the hot pan and shallow fry them from both sides

Pakoda r ready to serve, serve it hot with tomato sauce

2nd recipe..............of left over from the above recipe as in the picture shows up...................Now mix all left over ingredients of Besan and cheesy mixer, mix it well and and make a cheela in a pan fry till golden brown on both sides. Serve it with green chutney
