Ingredients

20 minutes
3 portion
  • 1 cupmaize flour
  • 3/4 cupall purpose flour
  • 4 table spoonsugar
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying
  • as neededButter milk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 table spoonbaking powrder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the maize flour,baking powder,all purpose flour, salt and sugar. Ensure they are well mixed

  2. 2

    Add the eggs and butter milk as needed.the mixture should not be running

  3. 3

    Scoop with a laddle and pour in the hot pan cook on one side then flip to the other side

  4. 4

    Do the same to the rest of the mixture

  5. 5

    Serve with tea
