Ingredients

  1. 1 &1/2 cupleftover khichadi
  2. 1/4 cuppaneer crumble
  3. 1 cupmix vegetable finely chopped
  4. 1/2 cuprava/sooji
  5. 1/4 cupmilk as per require
  6. 3-4 tbspolive oil
  7. 1 tbsporegano
  8. 1 tbspchilli flakes
  9. 1/4 tspbaking powder
  10. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  11. to tasteSalt and pepper powder
  12. as neededButter for greasing
  13. as neededCheese cut into a small cube
  14. 1 tbspFor serving tomato sauce and curd

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First preheat oven at 180 degree.

  2. 2

    Combine all the ingredients for muffins and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture in a greased muffins moulds/cups.

  4. 4

    Put a small cheese cube in each cup.

  5. 5

    Bake at 180 degree for 20 minutes. Pierce the centre to check if it is cooked or till they turn brown in colour.

  6. 6

    Cool slightly unmould and then serve.

  7. 7

    Serve with tomato sauce and curd.
