Tricolour chocolate with orange, pistachios and coconut flavour

In a microwave safe bowl put 150 grams of chocolate heat for 40 seconds. Remove and give it a stir so its nice and smooth. Add colour and essence and mix. Pour in a mould filling 1/3 of mould. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Melt the second 150 gram chocolate same as above. Remove and add coconut flavour. Remove the Orange chocolate from fridge and fill it up to 2/3 with white chocolate.

Melt the 3rd bar as above and add green colour and pistachio flavour. Mix and top the mould with green chocolate. Let it set in the fridge for about 1/2 an hour.
