Steps

Soak Kesar strands in milk and keep aside.

Melt white chocolate in microwave or double boiler and stir till all melted and no lumps remain.

Add fresh cream and fold gently.

Now whip the whipping cream till soft peaks form.

Fold it in the chocolate mixture.

Divide this in three equal parts.

In one part add Kesar milk and fold gently.

In second part add vanilla essence and fold gently.

In last part add green apple crush and green food colour drops and fold gently.

Put all the three mousse mixtures in separate piping bags.

How to assemble: Take two glasses. Pipe green apple mousse in each glass in thick layer. Tap the glass a little.

Now pipe vanilla mousse in each glass over green apple mousse. Tap the glass a little.

Finally pipe Kesar mousse in each glass over vanilla mousse.

Garnish with coloured sprinklers and cherry.

Keep in fridge for 3 hrs or till set.

Serve chilled.
