  • 200 gmsMaida
  • 1 cupOil for frying
  • 1 teaspoonKesari colour
  • 2 tspCurd
  • 1 tspCooking soda
  • 1 tspSuji
  • 1 tspBesan
  • 1 cupSugar (make sugar syrup one string consistency)
  • 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Make the batter to a dosa batter consistency

  3. 3

    Put it in a cone

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a medium flame

  5. 5

    Make jalebi out of it.

  6. 6

    Make sugar syrup.

  7. 7

    Dip the jalebi in the sugar syrup
