Boil milk in a wok till it reduce to half add sugar and give one boil

Switch off the flame and let it cool

For faluda add water, cornflour and sugar till sugar dissolve

Transfer this mix in a non stick pan and cook till it changes to translucent keep stirring continuously

Switch off the flame and quickly transfer this batter in the sev maker and take out sev by rotating in circular motion in chilled water

Let is soak in chilled water for 15 min

For serving put Kulfi slice in a serving bowl put handful of faluda over it and sprinkle rohafza over it and enjoy
