Steps

For carrot pickle take a kadahi an put oil on it then fry carrot on low flame and add chopped garlic,ginger then add pinch of salt...now add schewzen chutney....now redy to carrot pickle...

For curd rice take a bowl an add cook rice,curd,salt,mango ginger..mix well then take a fry pan put oil on it add mustard seed, red chilli an fry now put on the curd rice...so redy...to serve...

For greens fry take a kadhai put it on oil an add mustard seed,red chilli an add chopped onion now fry properly colour have golden brown...then add drum stick spinach,salt as for taste...cook for 5 min....now greens fry is redy....
