First heat oil and add cumin and mustard seeds and asafotedia.Now add chopped onion and capsicum add paste and dry Masala

Boil beans potatoes and carrot and remove excess water

After Masala get cooked add tomato and coriander let it cook now add beans potatoes and carrots...water and salt to taste

Serve it hot with wheat roti
