Ingredients

8-10 servings
  • 1-1/2 cuprice
  • 2 poundsground beef
  • 3 cupswater
  • 2-1/2 cupdouble cheddar cheese sauce I used Ragu
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoonsdehydrated onions
  • 1 poundbroccoli chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    To a deep pan add the ground beef, 3 cups of water, and rice. Then season with the salt, garlic, and onions.

    When the liquids are absorbed add the last cup of water. Stir well. Simmer 7 minutes. Now add the cheese sauce.

    Stir well and cover for 15 minutes undisturbed off heat.
