Soak chanadal for 2 hours, drain and pressure cook along with 1/4 cup water and salt for 4 whistle do not over cook it

Strain the water and let it cool

For filling mix red chilli, mango powder, garam masala and salt in chanadal

In mashed potato add cornflour, green chilli, lemon juice and salt and mix it nicely

Take a lemon size ball of potato and flatten it put one spoon of filling in between and wrap it from all side to seal it make all patty like this

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it till golden brown from both sides

Take it out in a serving plate and press it slightly put green chutney, tamarind chutney on it

Put curd, red chilli powder, onion, sev, and chaat masala and serve
