In a bowl put besan add water as required make a thick better.

Now add chopped onions,ginger,green chillies, potato mix it well.keep a side for 10 minutes.

Add dry spices in besan better and mix well.

Take a wok add oil and heat on medium flame.

Take one spoon of better put in heat oil and fry all till golden brown.

Kanda bhajia is ready to serve hot with green chutney.
