Ingredients

2 to 4 servings
  • 1pork loin, approx. 2 pounds
  • 3/4 cupchili sauce
  • 1/3 cupmaple sirup (at taste)
  • 1 tbspDijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper at taste (I did not add salt)
  • 3dry shallots (at taste)
  • Handfulfresh parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    4 hours at low

  2. 2

    In a pan, seize the porc until golden, watch to keep "juices" inside.

  3. 3

    Prepare all other ingredients and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add Porc loin in Crock-Pot with sauce.

  5. 5

    Mix up to ensure all meet is covered.

  6. 6

    Enjoy
