Ingredients

4-6 people

2-3beetroots diced
1green apple diced
1lime
2 tbshoney
2-3 tbsplain Greek yogurt

Steps

In a pot boil the beetroot’s till tender

Now take the beets out and dice them in to small cubes. I’m sorry I did not get too many pics at this recipe I was in a rash

Now dice the apple

At this point put the apple and beetroot’s in to a small bowl

Add yogurt honey and 1/2 a lime juice and stir

Enjoy (καλή όρεξη)
