These wings have everything you want in a wing. Crispy outside and nice juicy inside. Enjoy!
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in deep fryer to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.

Seperate wings. (flats and drumettes). Season with seasoning salt and pepper to taste.

When oil is at 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Add wings in even batches. (If you cant fit them all). Cook for 10-11 mins. When 10-11 mins is up, remove wings from oil and place them in a bowl with paper towels. Repeat if you have multiple batches.

Once all your wings have been through step 3, let wings cool to room temp.
Heat the oil up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. - 5
When oil is at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook the wings for 3-4 mins. Remove from oil and put in seperate bowl with paper towels.

Your wings are done! Toss in whatever sauce you like or just eat them the way they are. They are perfect!
