Ingredients

  • 25 gmchana dal
  • 50 gmcoconut
  • Salt as required
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 tspMustard seed
  • 1 pinchGinger grated
  • 1red chilli
  • 1 green chilli
  • pinchHing

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast chana dal,ginger,green chilli for 8 min. Remove it & now slightly dry roast coconut for 3 min in medium flame.

  2. 2

    Cool it and grind it with salt. Take a pan 1 tspn oil add mustard seed,red chilli, curry leaf, hing. Then add grind chutney to it boil for 3 min.
