Heat a nonstick pan and add one tablespoon of ghee and fry the lauki grated for five minutes

Now add one cup milk and let it cook..wen the milk evaporates add sugar half cup

Fry crushed dry fruits and raisins in the remaining pure ghee and milk cream and add to the mixture..

Lastly add cardamom powder one teaspoon stir well and garnish with grated pistachios
