Steps

Take arbi ke patte clean it and wipe with clean cloth or kitchen towel.

Grind both daal ginger garlic and green chilli make thick paste, add salt,turmeric and garam masala

Take 1 arbi patta, spread daal batter, arrange another patta on it spread again the batter arange another patta on it,

Fold it like role. Make another roles by same process.

In a kadhai or vessel take enough water boil it keep a stainless steel strainer on it

Arrange all patod and cook all sides by steam, you can cook this on electric steamer.

Take a tooth pick and check if your tooth pick come out cleanly it means your patod is ready.

Off the stove and keep a side for cool down. Cut in to 1-2" pieces.

In a kadai take little oil heat the oil and sate all the pieces. Our patod is ready, enjoy with garlic chutney, and tea 😊💐
