A very tasty healthy vegetable available only during the monsoons. In U.P it is even called by the name of Ram Karela.

Chop the kakore
- 2
Chop the onions, crush the garlic and grate ginger.

Heat oil, add the ginger garlic paste.

Add the onions, salt and hing. Saute well.
- 5
Add the turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder, add green chillies.. Cool well.

Now add the kakore and let it cook till golden brown
- 7
When done remove from heat and transfer in serving bowl add red chilli powder and coriander leaves
