I had this amazing dish served at lunch at work, so I had to research it, and make my own take on the gazillion recipes I found online. This is a native American recipe, with America's favorite vegetable, the sweet corn. Your pallette will surely be pleased with a blast of fresh summer flavors! Enjoy! Rahul Nodu Shivananda -

Lentil soup Lentil soup
Delicious and easy to do. It makes a huge portion so it's excellent for big groups. On thing, depending on taste you might not want to add the entire bag of lentils if you like to have more stock on your soup. jashy.aponte.7 -

Black Bean Stuffed Potato Skins Black Bean Stuffed Potato Skins
This makes a nice, meatless meal option. Most of the time spent making it is hands off while the potatoes bake up. If you want your skins to be super crispy, then once you hollow them out, brush them with more oil and return them to the oven for a few minutes before filling them. Christina -
Baked Ziti Baked Ziti
Everyone here loves meat. They want every sauce so full of meat, which I really enjoy eating it that way. Once every now and then I want to taste every layer, every flavor, and every spice. I want to taste mozzarella and tastes Swiss cheese when it is there and everything else. skunkmonkey101
