Ingredients

  • 100बेसन
  • 2कटोरी लससी
  • 1चम्च राइ दाना
  • 1/2निम्बु रस
  • 1चुटकी हल्दि पिसी
  • 1चम्च चिनि
  • तेल तडका के लिए
  • 2चमच नारियल कदुकस
  • अनार के दाने
  • 1गाजर किसि हुइ
  • बारिक कटा हरा धनिया
  • नमक स्वादनुसार

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले एक बड़े बर्तन में बेसन डाले साथ मे चिनि, नमक, हल्दी,डालकर लसी से कड़ी जैसे पतला घोल त्यार कर लें.

    उसके बाद एक बडा बर्तन ले आंच पर रखे ओर उस्मे त्यार घोल का आधा हिस्सा डाले ओर पकाते रहे धिमी आन्च पर जब थोडा गाडा होने लगे तो थालि पर तेल लगाकर उस्को चेक करे यदि परत उतरे तो समझो खांडवी का मिकस्र त्यरा है

    उस्के बाद बचा हुआ घोल भी इसी तरिके से त्यार कर ले.

    थालि को उल्टा ले उस पर एक प्लास्टिक कि पोलीथिन बीछकर उस पर तेल लगा दे.

  5. 5

    फ़िर त्यार घोल को उस पर जल्दि से फैलाकर एक तेल लगी पोलिथिन उस्के उपर बेछा दे ओर हल्के हाथो से बेलन कि मदद से बेल ले ओर चाकु से लम्बा लंबा काट ले उस्के बीच मे कसा हुआ नारियल, गाजर बुरक दे ओर खान्दवि के रोल्ल बना ले

    आखिर मे तेल मे राइ का त्ड्का लगाकर खांडवी के उपर डाले ओर अनार के दाने व हरा धनिया डालकर सजाये
