Cut meat, wash and put to boil.

Boil with salt and pepper. When dry add in 3 tbsp of oil and fry the meat until golden brown.

Add in finger garlic paste and stir the add in onions. Stir well and make sure it doesn't burn.

Mix well then add in pilau masala and cook for one minute.

Boil water separately. Add in rice to the beef. Then add in Water and cook for 25 minutes while covered.

Then open it up and stir, then cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes. It will be ready after 15 minutes.
