Chicken ball Stew (Japanese Nabe)

In Japan we usually make "Nabe" when we feel cold. I found breeze in ZA so I decided to make Nabe. It is a very healthy menu because we don't use oil!

In Japan we usually make "Nabe" when we feel cold. I found breeze in ZA so I decided to make Nabe. It is a very healthy menu because we don't use oil!

[make chicken ball] Cut all vegetables in small pieces and add to minced chicken. 1) Ginger, 2) leak, 3) onion

Add 4) carrot and 5) eggs

Season with sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and mix well. Chicken ball is done!

Meanwhile start to boil carrot in water. When it starts boiling, add onion, leak and mushroom and fish bouillon. Let them cook for 5 mins.

Make chicken balls with spoon and drop them into the soup. Let the balls cook for 10 mins.

Finally add Miso and Chinese cabbages and cook them until the cabbages become soft.
