Steps

Make tomato paste.

Wash paneer and cut it into small pieces.

Heat up oil in a pan.add paneer pieces and fry on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes until it gets nice golden colour

Add little oil add onion and fry till onion turns nice and soft.

Turn off the heat and let the onion and cool down.

Transfer onion into a blender jar and blend into fine paste.

Add oil and add onion paste.

Add garlic and ginger paste.Mix well and fry on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes

Add roasted dry coconut paste.

Add tomatoes paste and fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Mix well and fry for 3 min.

Add goda masala and mix well

Add garam masala. Fry on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until the spices release oil.

When spices begin to release oil add a little water,peas and salt.

Now add fried paneer.Mix well.

Cover and cook on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.Turn off the gas and matar paneer is already.
