Steps

Take a wok add water,then water boil add desighee,salt and rice flour mix well and make a dough.

Take a pan add grated coconut roast add gur,elachi mix well saute and dry mixture.

Then take a rice dough make a smooth dough and make a small balls.

Take a rice ball flatten in your hand and fill coconut mixture and seal them.

Take a modak mould and set in rice ball and press them.

Take a vessel add 2 glass of water,then water boil put chalni and arrange modak cover with lid.

Modak steamed for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes modaks are ready.
