Steps

Heat a pan add ghee and semolina and rost on slow flame till it's turn golden and nice aroma and stir continously

Now add mashed banana and mix well then add chopped dry friuts in a same pan of semolina and mix it well

Now add 3 cup of boiled milk in a pan and mix it well,take a lid for 2 min

Open the lid and add one more 1 cup of milk and mix well then add sugar and mix well and cover for 5 minutes for slow flame

Open the lid add cardamon powder mix well, now remove the pan from the heat
- 6
Banana sheera is redy
