Mix the dry ingredients and sieve

Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl

Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and mix gently till all the flour is incorporated

Pour batter into cupcake cases and bake for 25min at 180 degrees

Insert a toothpick to check that the cupcakes are done. If the toothpick is clean, the cupcakes are ready
