Steps

Soak the rajma overnight and rinse in water thoroughly.

Put the pressure cooker on high flame and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot add hing and cumin seeds to it.

After that add onion paste and ginger garlic paste to it and cook it till it light brown.

Then add red chilli powder to it and stir it. After that add tomato puree and turmeric powder, garam masala, corriender powder and salt to it.

Cook it properly till the oil seperates and after that add rajma to it and mix it well.

Then add water to it as per requirement and close the lid of pressure cooker.

Then cook ittill 3 whistles on high flame and then low the flame for the rest 45 to 50 minutes.

After that switch off the flame and let the pressure release by itself.

After that open the pressure cooker lid and garnish it with green corriender leaves.
