Steps

Boil milk in a pan & while it is heating roast makhanas in a separate pan with ghee for 5 minutes.

After roasting, crush half of them & half of them should remain whole.

Add these crushed & whole makhanas in the boiling milk.

Add saffron & dry fruits as well.

Stir for few minutes & let the milk reduce a bit.

After getting the desired consistency switch off the flame & add a pinch of cardamom powder.

Mix well & you can serve it hot or cold as per your choice.😊
