4 servings
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 2 tbspSewai
  • 2 tbspChopped dry fruit
  • 100 grmSugar or as per taste
  • 2Elaichi
  • 2 tspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    First roast sewai in ghee for 2 min

  2. 2

    Now boil milk,sugar and Elaichi for 5 min on low flames

  3. 3

    Add dry fruit and roasted sewai

  4. 4

    Again boil it on low flame for 2 min

  5. 5

    Turn off gas serve hot or chilled.
