Ingredients

  • For stuffing
  • 100 gmsbhoondi
  • 2potatoes boiled chop finely
  • 100 gmsMoong sprout
  • 1 packPani Puri puries
  • Salt and black salt as per taste
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
  • For tamarind chutney
  • 100 gmstamarind
  • 200 gmsJaggery
  • For Pani puries water
  • 1 bunchPudina
  • Little coriander
  • pieceAdarak small
  • 2 spoon Jeera roasted
  • to tasteBlack salt
  • Salt as per taste
  • 4green chillies
  • Little tamarind as per taste
  • Little gud

Steps

  1. 1

    Tamarind chutney...soak no keep tamarind and gud for sometime.. Then boil it.. Do beater.. Seive it..and again boil for 2m..it's taste is like tamarind sweet

    For Pani Puri water.... Mix all ing in grinder and add water.....make and keep in The morning.. Eat by evening.. For better taste

  3. 3

    Soak moong A day before at night.. Morning remove water cover and keep.. Still evening sprouts r done

  4. 4

    Soak bhoondi for 10mins... Squeeze remove water

  5. 5

    Mix bhoondi, moong sprouts,boiled potatoes chopped, coriander..salt, black salt, red chilli Powder

  6. 6

    Serve yummy water balls..with chilled Pani Puri water..
