Tamarind chutney...soak no keep tamarind and gud for sometime.. Then boil it.. Do beater.. Seive it..and again boil for 2m..it's taste is like tamarind sweet

For Pani Puri water.... Mix all ing in grinder and add water.....make and keep in The morning.. Eat by evening.. For better taste

Soak moong A day before at night.. Morning remove water cover and keep.. Still evening sprouts r done

Soak bhoondi for 10mins... Squeeze remove water

Mix bhoondi, moong sprouts,boiled potatoes chopped, coriander..salt, black salt, red chilli Powder

Serve yummy water balls..with chilled Pani Puri water..
