A simple and easy veg sabzi using onion and simple masala..

Cut the bhindi into medium round pieces.

Take a pan heat oil and put bhindi in a pan cook on a slow to medium flame till half cooked than add sliced onion and slit greeen chilies and mix well and cooked till onion and bhindi get slighty brown in colour.

Now add haldi powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder and salt to taste and mix well and again cook for 3 to 4 min on a slow to medium flame and keep the flame off.

Serve it in a bowl with chapati or paratha.
