I wanted to make some cake with banana but a bit unique and came up with this pound cake!

I wanted to make some cake with banana but a bit unique and came up with this pound cake!
Steps

[to make banana caramel] in a small pan put butter, sugar and banana and let them heat.

Mash banana and cook for around 10 mins while mixing until colour changes.

Mesure butter, sugar and honey in a bowl and mix well with hand mixer until light and fluffy.

Add beaten egg dividing into 3 times and beat well at each addition.

Mesure flour and baking powder and shift them. Preheat your oven at 180 degree.

Add flour to butter and mix gently just until combined.

Add banana caramel and mix roughly (do not over mix)

Pour the batter into greased and floured tin and bake for 30 to 40 mins at 180 degree.

When you finish baking, let it cool and wrap it with cling film. I recommend you to rest your cake at least 1 night. I ate the cake for our breakfast!
