Carrot payasam

Wash Peel and chopped carrots..steam them in pressure cooker.Grind in mixer grinder jar.

In non stick thick bottom kadhai add heat 1 tbsp ghee..add grinded carrot..saute on medium flame for 3 mins.

Add 1/2 litre milk..mix well..boil till half quantity remain.

Add sugar..and cook till sugar dissolves completely.Off the flame.

Fry cashew nuts and raisins in 1/2 tsp ghee.

Add this fried dry fruits to prepared carrot payasam.Serve and relish hot or cold...carrot payasam.
