Steps

Peel and chop carrot then crate or blend

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients

In another bowl whisk the egg till creamy and pale add orange juice and oil

Now add flour little by little using a spatula

In the batter add your blended carrot and mix or fold still using the spatula

Grease the baking pan and bake at 170°C for 90 mins or till cooked.you can insert a skewer at the middle if it comes out clean it is ready

Let it cool in the pan then put it on a cooling rack
