In a large sufuria,fry the sliced onions until they turn brown.

Add the masala & meat to cook & infuse flavour.

Add water to the cooked meat & salt. Bring it to boil

Add the rice to the boiling water and stir once for even distribution of meat.

Let the rice cooker,turn the heat down & allow it to simmer.

Serve while hot & garnish with coriander.
