Steps

Clean and wash leaves properly, wait until they get dry, chop them well and boil 2 glasses of water in pressure cooker and then add chopped leaves and add 1 teaspoon salt in it.

After 5-6 whistles, reduce the flame and let it boil it until water get dry. Open the lead after 1 hour and add mixer of garlic, ginger and green chillies and mix them well. Cook for another 30 minutes.

After it cooked properly add corn flour in it and mixed it well atleast regularly for 5 minutes Then it's time to move for next step to make it even more tastier

Take a fry pan add mustard oil in it and wait for sometime then add dry fenugreek seeds and wait until it turned brown. Add one by one chopped garlic, and onion. Fry them well add chopped tomatoes and stir well. Add dry spice like salt, red chilli optional and mix them well.

Mix Saag with it's masala and cook for another 5 minutes.

Enjoy the receipe with makki ki roti and salad. Have fun
